Brickfête is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal information. We will not sell, market, trade or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third party, including your email address. Your email address will only be used to send you important updates about the event or contact you directly if there is a question or concern about your account.
We use standard log files to collect site visitation statistics which collect machine-specific information such as IP address, operating system, web browser type and user pathways through the web site. We monitor this information to watch trends so we can focus on development for future enhancements.
Your account information is secured and maintained by you. If you forget your password, we can not retrieve it for you because it is encrypted in our database. However you can get a new temporary password by clicking on "Login" and then click on "Forgot Password/Username", input your email address and then the site will send you email with a link to recreate your password. Once you have logged back in successfully, you can then change your password back into anything you choose by clicking on Settings page and changing your password.

Brickfête makes a few off-site web resources available to provide additional information but does not review or endorse all items accessible on those pages. Forum posts content belongs to their respective authors, who are solely responsible for their own opinions or comments expressed and are not a representation of the event. Brickfête does not routinely monitor forum posts. We reserve the right to remove any content that is offensive or violates relevant policies, but are under no obligation to do so.
The information within this site is presented in good faith. Any errors or omissions are not intentional. Brickfête, obb, and other names, logos, symbols that are representative of Brickfête are for our use only. Reproduction, copying, or redistribution is prohibited.
Under-aged Attendees Policy
Any parent/guardian registering a child (under 18) understands that Brickfête is predominantly an AFOL convention therefore the guardian is responsible for the under-age guest at all times. At no time may the under-age guest be left at the venue without their guardian. One warning will be given for infraction of the agreed upon rules, after that the guest will be asked to leave the event without a refund.
Photo ID will be required when picking up your event passes or tickets at the venue, under-age guests will not be admitted without a parents/guardian.
NO refunds for registering with false information.
Terms of Service for all Participants
I am acknowledging by registering that all activities I participate in during this event are done out of my own risk and I accept all responsibility. I agree not to bring any claim against Brickfête or the Brickfête Team. Brickfête and the Brickfête Team are not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen property and I am displaying my items at my own risk. I will not be remunerated or compensated for participation. Photos of my creations may be used to promote the event. I understand that disruptive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated nor will handling of other guests' property without asking permission first. I understand that breaking these rules, or any Canadian Law including Local By-Laws are grounds for eviction without compensation or a refund. All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non refundable, and non transferable.
I have read and accepted the terms of this liability disclaimer agreement for myself and on behalf of my guests including all minors that I registered under my account.

Brickfête's purpose it to provide an enjoyable and interactive public arena within our own country, where we can share our passion with the general public while still providing the valuable exclusive AFOL time. We strive to make it clear that we are a fan driven, fan run and fan organised event and have no direct influence from the corporate side of this hobby.
Please grow with us as we learn how to provide a convention that the majority of like-minded AFOL want to attend.
